- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Don't go to this post office...go to chimacum. This is by far the worst post office I have ever been to. They are good with getting your mail into your PO box and such but they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any usps facility. It's not that they are incompetent, it's that the employees are extremely rude. I have been yelled at for asking if I could pick up my package since I received notification that UPS had dropped it off early that same morning. The customer service reps are always speaking down to people, especially elderly members of the community. Someone advised me not to get a po box here due to this problem, but out of convenience I disregarded the advice and went ahead anyways. BIG MISTAKE. I dread having to go in to pick anything up and can't wait until my po box term with them is over. Seriously...don't waste your time going there.
